Skill-based assessments with automated proctoring. Test candidates at scale, identify top performers, and build shortlists based on verified capabilities.
Currently in beta. Early adopters are screening candidates for engineering, sales, and product roles.
Three steps to go from a pile of resumes to a shortlist of verified candidates.
Candidates take role-specific assessments. Coding challenges for engineers. MCQs for quick skill checks. Writing tests for content roles. Whatever fits the job.
AI proctoring monitors behavior and flags anomalies. Iris tracking, browser lockdown, activity monitoring. Any suspicious patterns get flagged in the report.
We rank everyone and surface the top 1%, 5%, or 10% based on performance. You only talk to people who can do the job.
No question banks. No manual setup. Just pick the skills and let AI generate the assessment.
Search for "Python" or "React". Let AI suggest skills for a "Frontend Developer" role. Or pick from popular skills. Select 3-8 skills total.
Junior level? 3 questions per skill, mostly MCQs. Senior level? 5 questions, complex scenarios. Add focus areas like "Hooks, State Management" for React.
Takes 30-60 seconds. AI creates contextually relevant questions — MCQs, short answers, coding challenges. Review and adjust if needed.
We built this to solve problems we actually had when hiring for our own companies.
Pick the skills you care about (Python, React, Leadership) and our AI builds the test. MCQs, short answers, coding challenges — whatever fits the role. Takes 30-60 seconds to generate a full assessment tailored to your job requirements. No question banks, no manual setup.
Iris tracking and browser lockdown verify identity and monitor behavior. The system flags suspicious activity — tab switching, copy-pasting, unusual patterns. All anomalies appear in the assessment report.
We don't just pass/fail. HireOp ranks everyone from best to worst, so you can set your bar — top 1% only, or top 10% if you're moving fast. You decide the threshold.
Whether you're screening 20 candidates or 200, the system handles it. High uptime, fast processing, and assessments that don't break when everyone logs in at once.
Startups and SMBs hiring across technical and non-technical roles.

We launched our MVP in early 2025 and are currently in beta with a handful of early customers. They're using HireOp to screen real candidates for engineering, sales, and product roles.
The core platform works — assessments run, proctoring detects anomalies, shortlists are accurate. We're still tuning based on feedback: adding more assessment types, improving the dashboard, and building out an API for companies that want tighter integrations.
Pricing is coming soon. For now, we're focused on making sure the product actually solves the problem before we scale it.
