Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade from PAYG to Unlimited, you'll be charged the pro-rated amount. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
You'll need to upgrade to either Pay As You Go or Unlimited to continue sending assessments. Your existing assessment data is always preserved.
